Customer Success Agent

We’re looking for bright, motivated and ambitious agents who want a very hands-on role. You will be working alongside and learning from some of the brightest minds in the business.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Taking inbound calls from our buyers and sellers and assisting with any queries they may have
  • Talking with ‘prospective’ new sellers and telling them about Bark and how we can help grow their business
  • Assisting with the day to day ‘team’ inbox – using the customer service tool Zendesk
  • Helping with social media channels from time to time
  • Outbound calling to newly registered suppliers ensuring they are set up correctly

The whole operation is funded by serial entrepreneur Andrew Michael. Having already founded, grown and sold two significant online tech companies – including Fasthosts, the UK’s largest web hosting company – we have a great track record for success!
 
We are looking for temp agents on an ongoing basis, doing a 40 hour week.
 
We have two different shifts to cover the different countries we operate in.
 
Early shift - 9am to 6pm (cater to the UK, Ireland and South Africa)
 
Late shift - 430pm to 1am (cater to the US and Canada)
 
Those working the late shift get Deliveroo dinner on the company and an Uber ride home. We also pay 1.5x the standard rate from 9pm to 1am when working on the late shift.
 
Agents are currently doing one full week on the late shift every 4 weeks (subject to change).
