About the role

We are looking for a bright, eager, numerate superstar to lead our fast-growing PPC team. The PPC Channel Manager will control a spend in excess of £15m, covering 5 countries and over 1,000 categories.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own all the paid acquisition strategy, including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Display and remarketing along with any other channels
  • Ensuring all activity is continually reviewed and improved to consistently generate improving returns
  • Lead and develop a team of 3 PPC specialists to deliver World class performance day in, day out
  • Continually test and learn with new ideas, categories, geographies and channels to grow the business
  • Develop tools to track, measure and improve performance, working with the company Analysts to ensure we can optimise efficiently at scale

 

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Highly numerate
  • Ability to work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Significant hands-on experience with AdWords, Bing Ads and/or Facebook
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and step change business performance
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently analyse, interpret and use data to inform decision making
  • Ability to communicate complicated analysis in a clear, insight-driven way to drive business change
  • Experience recruiting, leading and developing a highly capable team
  • Intermediate or better knowledge of Microsoft Excel or other analytical tools

Desirable Skills & Attributes

  • Knowledge of other digital marketing disciplines e.g. SEO, Affiliates, Email
  • Experience leading a marketing function across differing geographies
  • Experience of working in B2B, B2C and lead generation
